Directions for use: Add one level scoop of Ascential Protein drink mix to eight ounces (8 oz.) of water or fruit juice, shake or stir thoroughly, and drink immediately. This product can also be enjoyed blended with fresh or frozen fruit for additional flavor and nutrition options.
