Ascential Return Policy

Ascential Bioscience guarantees your satisfaction with every purchase. If a product fails to meet your high standards, you may return it within 60 days for refund or exchange on your most recent purchase of any particular product. You may request a refund or exchange by email, phone or fax to Ascential Support. 

A Product Return Authorization Form (PDF for download or request via email) is required to process your return and to: 

  • Document the reason for the return
  • Acknowledge receipt of refund or exchange
  • List the items and quantities being returned or exchanged
